Our Staff

Owner, and licensed physical therapist, Velvet Barrows realizes that each patient deserves a unique approach to treatment.  By building a relationship of trust and an understanding of patient's needs, she and her staff deliver life enhancing care through hands-on procedures.

Velvet Barrows, MPT


Velvet is a seasoned physical therapist and the proud owner of Total Rehabilitation, Inc., where she has maintained a private practice since 1998. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Velvet brings nearly three decades of expertise to her work.

She holds certifications in dry needling, pelvic floor therapy, the Graston technique, vestibular rehabilitation, and is currently expanding her skills through training in electrodiagnostics. Velvet also serves on the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy, contributing her insight and experience to help shape the profession statewide.

Outside the clinic, Velvet enjoys birdwatching, camping, bike riding, and collecting vintage cars. She has one daughter, Addison, whom she enjoys visiting in South Carolina. Velvet lives in Greenwood, Arkansas, with her husband, Jeff.

Letitia McMaster, PT, DPT, MPT


Letitia McMaster is a licensed physical therapist with over three decades of experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, workplace injury management, and job safety analysis. A native of Cedarville, Arkansas, Letitia graduated as valedictorian and Miss Cedarville High School in 1978. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology from John Brown University in 1982—where she was also named Miss JBU and played four years of collegiate basketball on scholarship.

She continued her education at the University of Central Arkansas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1984, a Master of Science in 1996, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2002. Over the years, Letitia has owned and operated four physical therapy clinics across Arkansas—in Conway, Maumelle, Vilonia, and Greenbrier—and also ran Back Acres Ranch in Conway.

Letitia is deeply passionate about her profession and takes a patient-centered approach to care, drawing on her diverse experience to support recovery and long-term wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with animals of all kinds.

Cody Fink, DPT


Cody is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with two years of clinical experience. He earned his DPT degree from Harding University, where he built a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care. Known for his compassionate approach and focus on functional outcomes, Cody is committed to helping individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

He is currently pursuing board certification in Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) and Electromyography (EMG), expanding his expertise in neurological diagnostics to further elevate the quality of care he provides.

Outside of his professional work, Cody enjoys an active lifestyle that includes rock climbing, trail running, snowboarding, and yoga. He also values time with family and friends and remains actively involved in his local church community.

Lane Carter, PT


Lane Carter is a highly experienced physical therapist with nearly four decades of dedication to patient care, rehabilitation, and wellness. Since beginning his career in 1987, he has worked across diverse clinical settings—including outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation—helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

In addition to his extensive background in traditional physical therapy, Lane has specialized training in the Myokinesthetic System, a neuromuscular technique that addresses pain and movement dysfunction by targeting specific nerve pathways. This unique approach allows him to treat the root causes of imbalance and discomfort—not just the symptoms.

Outside of his professional life, Lane enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and granddaughter. He is passionate about fitness training and serving in his local church. In addition to his clinical expertise, Lane has a knack for repairing almost anything. His colleagues often joke, “If anyone can fix it, Lane can.”

Emily King, DPT


Emily was born and raised in Fort Smith, AR. She attended the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2015. She continued her studies at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO, graduating in 2019 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Emily and her husband, Garrett, make their home in Fort Smith, where she enjoys spending time with family and traveling. She also stays physically active and participates in a variety of outdoor activities.

Emily is excited to offer patients advanced manual therapy skills, including spinal mobilizations, sports performance enhancement, and comprehensive pre- and post-operative care.

Kim Didier, PTA


I've spent most of my life rooted in the Fort Smith community. After years as a business owner, I followed my passion for wellness and healing by earning an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Arkansas Tech - Ozark Campus. I bring experience in both inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient physical therapy, and I'm proud to serve as our marketing liaison—helping patients access the quality care they deserve.

Outside of work, I love camping and spending time outdoors. I've been happily married to my husband, Randy, for over 35 years. Together, we've raised five incredible children and now enjoy the joy of seven grandchildren.

Jamey Money, PTA


Jamey Money is a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant who finds deep fulfillment in helping patients feel better and reclaim their lives. With over 17 years of experience, she brings both expertise and compassion to every patient interaction, driven by a strong commitment to improving others' health and well-being.

Jamey thrives on staying active, exploring the great outdoors, and creating lasting memories with loved ones. Her love for bodybuilding fuels her dedication to sculpting strength and pushing physical limits. Outside the gym, kayaking and hiking offer the perfect way to embrace nature and recharge—whether paddling across a serene lake or trekking adventurous trails, the outdoors are a constant source of joy and inspiration.

But perhaps her most cherished moments come from spending time with her granddaughter. Their bond is built on creativity and connection, and for Jamey, these moments are more than just fun—they're about making memories that last a lifetime.

Cathleen Dixon, PTA, BSPTA, CLT, CCI


Cathleen Dixon is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the physical therapy field. She has practiced as a PTA for 25 years, including the past 15½ years at Total Rehabilitation. In 2018, she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist—fulfilling a long-standing professional goal nearly two decades in the making.

With a foundation in massage therapy, Cathleen specializes in a range of soft tissue mobilization techniques and is highly skilled in treating sacroiliac (SI) dysfunction, vestibular disorders, and balance rehabilitation. She is a passionate advocate for the lymphedema and lipedema communities, and her daily mission is to enhance each patient's quality of life while equipping them with the tools to manage their condition.

Outside the clinic, Cathleen enjoys spending time with her dog, Lucy, and diving into family genealogy research. She's also on a personal journey—from being a collector of “too many things” to embracing a more minimalist lifestyle.

Andrew Capps, PTA


Drew is a Physical Therapist Assistant with a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. Drew is dedicated to creating a comfortable, supportive environment for his patients and being someone they can rely on throughout their recovery.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, walking his dog, playing pickleball, and getting outdoors whenever possible. Drew brings a friendly, upbeat energy to everything he does—always aiming to leave people feeling better than when he found them.

Daniel Ridgeway, PTA


Daniel is a Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion for helping people feel better—inside and out. Whether he's working with patients, hiking a trail, or smashing it on the pickleball court, he's all about lifting others up and spreading good energy. Always chasing smiles, fresh air, and a better backhand.
